Return Policy

A return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

A complete unboxing video is mandatory, clearly showing the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item).

The item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Reverse Pickup: If your return is approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or share return instructions.

Returns will not be accepted for:

Products without an unboxing video

Opened or used items

Items damaged or tampered with by the customer

Items returned without original packaging

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

The item is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered

The return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery

The returned product passes our inspection

Refund Process:

  1. Email yocartz2025@gmail.com with your Order ID, a brief explanation of the issue, and the mandatory unboxing video.

  2. If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.

  3. After inspection, the refund will be credited within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

After Shipping: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. You may request a return if eligible after receiving the item.
